Jennifer has been cutting my hair for years and she does an excellent job every time.Olivia cut my daughter's hair as well as waxed her eyebrows. She took her time and did everything perfectly. You cannot beat this place for the customer service and value.

If you need a truly fabulous cut, or are open to suggestions for "something new" as I was, RUN to Olivia. I went in this morning with a very drab style and left with a really cute flapper style hair cut! I love it! Olivia, you sure are talented! See you in six weeks!

Had Olivia at Cost Cutters, McKees Rd give me a perm, she was kind considerate, listen to what I had to say and gave me the perfect perm that I wanted. Will certainly continue to go to her!
