I've used Crystal Clear Pools since I moved here 4 years ago and I couldn't be happier with their service and. professionalism. John and Laura have always been pleasant and helpful. They have even stayed on the phone and helped me work thru a problem so I didn't have to have a service call. Dom and rest of the crew are fast and courteous and never leave a mess behind when opening and closing. They even like my dogs. Once you use them, you won't go anywhere else. They're great!
crystal clear pools have the absolute worst customer service of all businesses in PA. We sent a check in February to have them open our pool and wrote that we still haven't had our liner issue fixed from a call we made last July. Save your self the trouble after they install your pool the only time you will see them is to pick up a check. John the manager is USELESS AND IS ALWAYS TO BUSY. When they actually answer the phone or call you back they have no answers to your problems because again John is USELESS. They don't honor warranties and are no help dealing with distributors even though they are the people who actually purchased the liner for you. USELESS John actually told my wife that since we didn't bye our pool supplies there or chemicals why should he help us we didn't give him any return business oh and when they do tell you there opening your pool there a 7 day window of when they'll come but don't worry they don't show up for pool openings there to busy Installing pools...Save yourself the hassle there the worst pool company out there and John has no idea how to conduct business if he even shows up
