Originally called another service that never got back to me. My girlfriend, cats and myself froze all night. Called J&J at 7am and they were here by 8:15. Brian was very informative about what he was doing and why. He gave my system a thorough look over. I forgot to leave the money with my girlfriend, but he said he would just bill me instead. I expected to pay about $500 but only got charged less than $300. Will definitely use again.
He answered my call immediately. Said he’d call me right back and returned the call within five minutes. Was out here within an hour and repaired it. Very professional and I will be making the switch to use him from now on. We’ve been dealing with several different heating and cooling guys over the years and it seems like nobody wants to answer the phone or show up. If I can give him 10 stars I would . I would highly recommend him over anybody else
