We recently completed a full master bath remodel with Nelson Kitchen and Bath. Overall it was a positive experience. The design and planning phase, working with Terri was perfect for us to turn our ideas into a visualization of what we were going to end up with. Once the project started, we largely knew what was going to happen day to day over the course of the project which was better communication than we have had working with some other contractors. The carpentry and tile work are top notch. We also had an area of custom wallpaper that we wanted to retain and Ray’s guys did a great job not damaging it. Hands-down, the best contractor we’ve ever dealt with! They were very informative, punctual, courteous, and clean. They went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. They far succeeded our expectations! We highly recommend them to anyone!
