Guy has done a great job on our many projects! He does high quality work and makes sure everything is done right. He stands behind the work that he does. He has installed pavers for us, done grading and watershed work, as well as landscaping projects. He is communicative and easy to work with. He clearly knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him!
Over the years our backyard became a swamp since the old French drain no longer did the job. Mowing the lawn would leave 3 inch ruts since it was so soggy. Called Dan Black and he came out, put in a new French drain, and then graded and reseeded the lawn. That was several years ago now and the yard has been perfect since. No longer any standing water or soggy lawn. And the grass he put in came in beautifully.
I have 6 1/2 acres with steep hills on 3 sides making mowing swampy a lot of the time especially after rain. Guy and Dan looked at this and made a plan which they executed perfectly to dry up the area. With underground pipes and concrete basins with grates on top I can mow it all with no "swamp". This solved a huge problem for me. This was several years ago. Guy is going to do another big job on my driveway in a couple months.
