I called Friday January 19th at 7am because I realized there was no more propane in my tank and here it is Sunday January 21st and we’ve had no heat and no hot water since. When I talk to someone they said it was an emergency situation. But still haven’t seen anybody. My house has been at 36 degrees since Friday morning.

I've been a customer for more years than i can remember. I didnt use enough propane this last time they came and filled my tanks and they charged me $75 for not using enough. I never knew such a charge was applicable. I asked them what it would cost to remove the tank and to my amaze its well over $200. I told the lady on the phone that they are ripping people off and she hung up on me. Shop around before using this company.

Yes, I agree with the person who said about the non usage fee. It's a bit ridiculous. Not only do you pay a high price for the propane per gallon if you rent the tank, but then they add an additional $75 if you don't reorder within a certain timeframe. Kind of an overkill rip off. Still the people are very nice and always helpful. Other then my comment above, I've never had a problem with them.
