Nancy was prepared when we arrived due to a call from Buckheit Funeral Home. She took notes and listened. We ordered an urn piece and swag, plus some ancillary things for the tables. Very reasonably priced. She was gracious when we needed to change the ancillary things. She went above and beyond in providing foil for mums we picked up elsewhere and some ferns for the picture tables. The delivery was prompt and gracious to the church. The flower arrangements brought tears to our eyes when they were delivered. Nancy Perfectly nailed it!! My Dad would have absolutely loved them.“
