I received multiple quotes for my roof, and this company was the only one that asked if they could inspect the roof crawl space. They brought samples of the options, thoroughly assessed the roof in person (not just using drones or photos), and provided a quote within 2-3 days. Although I was scheduled about two months out, the project manager stayed in touch with me throughout. The finished roof looks phenomenal, and the cleanup was excellent. I couldn’t have chosen a better company!
This review of MR Roofing is six months after MR Roofing installed a new roof on our church which I am the pastor of. We, Swamp Christian Fellowship could not be happier with our new roof. Being a church we received three bids for our roof. MR Roofing was the most thorough in their estimation process. Elli, their estimator, was wonderful. He was the only estimator to get on and walk the entire roof. Also, he wanted to go into our attic to look at the underside of the roof. And, he did this in the heat! He found a broken beam and improper venting that would have been missed unless he had done so. And, even with these needed fixes included MR was the most competitive bid and we choose them. Before the work started Mahlon, the project manager, reached out to make detailed arrangements so that our mission as a church was not impacted during the project. This was of concern since it would take over one week to complete the job due to the size of our roof. We where able to have Sunday services without any inconvenience and no mid week functions were impacted. MR Roofing bent over backwards for us wherever possible. The workers were all friendly, respectable, and polite. The quality of work went beyond our expectations. All of the previous damage and issues were fixed. And, we were kept up to date of the status throughout the entire project. Six months later we, and I, am more happy after the installation of the new roof. Not only does it look great, but also I don’t have to worry about rain and windstorms anymore. Before, every time a strong storm came through we would have leaks. I would have to go find them, deal with them, and replace ceiling tiles. When I storm would come through all that I would have to do would be on my mind. Now, after many storms we have never had the slightest leak. I now have peace during storms because I can trust the quality roof that MR Roofing provided. I would highly recommend MR Roofing to any commercial or residential need. If I had a roofing need with my home they would be the only company I would call. I cannot recommend MR Roofing enough.
