“I had somer significant issues scheduling a repair for a blind and it took much longer than I would have hoped to get someone out, which was frustrating. We've had a blind that has had the same issue several times, and I was looking to shadow the repair person and get an understanding of how to do the repair myself in the future. The reason I am giving 5 stars despite the long delay with scheduling is that the technician, Barrett, was incredibly helpful. “I was very impressed with Kristen of (Interior Fancies). She placed my wall hangings into (Theme Groupings). She also put all of the family portraits and collages on the entire wall above the love - seat. The custom ordered embroidered valances enhance the color theme of the rooms.The lower half of the window has a matching curtain with thick layers of material on the back and covers the air - conditioner.That particular valance has (3) large scallops. I recommend (Interior Fancies).“
