“They took our Maple tree down in our backyard. Had a lot of obstacles. It went through our pergola electrical wires plus they had to go in through our 6-ft privacy fence. They were professional, courteous and did a wonderful job taking down the massive maple tree hauled away all the huge pieces stump grind. It looks fabulous. I would recommend them 100%. “We used this small family company last year to take down a beast of a tree and grind the stump. We had a fun situation because they couldn’t drive their equipment in our yard without it being dry or they would tear up our yard. They were so considerate and planned around a very rainy season. And it took a couple weeks but eventually it all got done! They understood from us we really weren’t in a hurry so the time and repeated visits were NOT an issue for us. They were amazing as people, called ahead, considerate, clean, down-to-earth, and the cost was among the lowest of our quotes and extremely reasonable. I would use them again in a minute.“

All my questions and concerns were answered immediately.
All those that I dealt with were friendly and knew their job. I was really pleased that the men cutting the tree cleaned up beautifully and even moved some of my heavy pots out of the way.
My tree is huge, near wires and inside a chain link with only one gate access, so this was not the easiest access.
I felt the price was competitive, and maybe even less than contractors I have dealt with in the past.

“There is quite a bit to comment on with Bartlett Tree Expertss, but let’s start by confirming they are what they claim to be: experts. I called them to diagnose a dying tree’s issue and, unlike the wait period we humans now have with a health issue, they responded the same day and were onsite here with 24 hours. AND exactly ontime. The Arborist listened to me and spoke with me in a friendly, polite and very professional manner. All my questions and concerns were addressed, including the financial arrangements, and we developed a plan. They accurately diaganosed the problem, WITH lab support and provided the solution (which no one else did) Let me also say, because of the time factor with this particular tree being “on it’s way out”, so to speak, I was given the mobile number of the Arborist Representative to stay in contact throughout this treatment process. Since that initial consultation, I have had them come back to treat other trees and have signed on for continued care. There are very few, if any, organizations today that provide quality, dependable service. From staff answering the phone, billing office to onsite crew, this organization covered it all. I will continue to recommend them and hope they will continue to have many successful years serving our Central Pa. communities.“
