Drake Reed Door Co. was quick to come install our garage door opener. The team that came was very quick, friendly and efficient. They even noticed the other garage door needed lubricant and did that while they were there. Highly recommend this company.
Amazing communications from Crystal and all of the technicians. They scheduled immediately with clear e-mails & responded immediately as well. Priced right & thankful for the customer service in the age of AI.
We had a very positive experience with the Drake Reed Door Company. They promptly and efficiently replaced our garage door opener and repaired the parts needed on the other door. The installer was very personable and helpful and explained everything we need to know about the opener. Both doors now work great. I highly recommend the Drake Reed Door Company.
