I just had my 18 year old Lift Master opener replaced today, the two men here today were great and explained everything about this newer technology on this opener, I did get estimates and Drake Reed was much less than other companies. A good company to do business with.

The representative sent to assess my door was exceptional. He arrived in a timely manner, repaired the problem, and explained what the problem was, how to check it myself if needed, and lubricated the track. It was a simple fix that I thought would be costly. Not costly at all. The representative told me they stand behind their products.
