I worked directly with Tuff Shed (did not contract with them thru a big box store) and had a pleasant experience. Designing the shed was easy and straightforward, as was placing the order. After I placed my order, Tuff Shed contacted me to schedule the install right away, and even offered to have the install completed 3 business days from the date I ordered. I also appreciated how their quotes were transparent, included installation fees from the get go, and were easy to build on my own.

Tuff Shed was fantastic to work with. Their online configuration tool makes the design process super easy to complete, and more importantly, visualize what the finished product will look like.
The installation team made quick work of taking down our old shed, and then got the new shed up in just a few hours. Even better, they recognized that my shelving configuration would place the top shelf directly across one of the windows and worked with me to adjust the shelving configuration.

Very happy with my shed. Couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. He went above and beyond on numerous occasions when issues arose during the whole entire process. Would highly recommend going thru the Malvern location with Dean.
