The staff are experienced and knowledgeable, offering excellent customer service. While some customers enjoyed the firm massages that worked on their knots, others found the tipping policy confusing and felt pressured to tip a certain percentage on their card. Despite these mixed experiences, the spa is praised for its flexibility in scheduling appointments.
