A wonderful experience from our first meeting through the end of our project. We weren't sure if we should stay an make our home our forever home, or find a new home. After meeting with Joe and talking through the options and budget, and undertaking the project, we are so thrilled that we chose to stay. We added two bedrooms, a second floor laundry, expanded our master suite to include a walk-in and large bath, expanded and renovated our kitchen, added a mudroom and office. The added basement has another bedroom and an exercise room We are so pleased; don't hesitate to call J Schwartz!

We had J Schwartz design and build a two story addition with a full finished basement. We did have a budget in mind, and Joe and his architect worked within our budget to design the space, and build it. It really was one-stop shopping - almost literally; Joe actually shopped with us for all of the finishes! We do recommend J Schwartz highly for anyone looking to work on the their home.Services: Project management
