They are building 2 warehouses @ Rt 1 and Southampton rd. The delivery entrance is on Rt 1. This morning there was 4 tractor trailers waiting to get in to the delivery entrance causing a huge backup on Rt1/Roosevelt Blvd. They need to do better managing their project. This negatively impacts many people on their morning commute.

IMC construction built Arlo Apartment homes in Malvern. Brand new buildings and we have problems that belong to old buildings. Plumbing issues on the 4th floor, which leaked to our first floor apartment. 4th floor tenants also have lots of issues with water leaks. Multiple neighbors have had water issues. One apartment didn’t have the right weather stripping on the patio door and when it rained, water came in. Our neighbor’s water heater leaked and flooded their apartment and ours.Thank you IMC, for building a brand new 20 year old building.
