Extremely pleased with Great Valley Pet Hotel! My 1 year old Dalmatian stayed her first visit today and had a blast. Their staff is incredible. So friendly, reassuring and organized! As a first timer, they made my pup super comfortable and even supplied a "report card" on how her day went. I am going to board her for a week later this month and feel at total ease about the experience she will have.
The staff at Great Valley was very welcoming and reassuring for my first time dog boarding. Everyone I met was very friendly, polite and professional and spoke lovingly of my pups. They have played a significant role in my pup's life while navigating through some difficult personal challenges this year. They followed instructions and communicated any questions or concerns and did very well with my Harley & Capone. Both pups were eager & willing to go with staff members any time I was there to drop them off. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done to take great care of my pups and I look forward to using them as needed. 🐾❤️🐕
