My puppy came here struggling to walk and with a 104 fever. They quickly figured out he was suffering from a deep tissue infection from his grooming the day before. All of the DRs and support people were wonderful. Kind, caring and wanted to help him get well. My puppy is alive because they got to the bottom of what ailed him quickly and got on top of his skin infection. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend this facility - I drove over an hour to bring Cooper here and it was totally worth it!

Our regular vet recommended we see a neurologist at VRC. The visit was fine. Everyone was friendly and professional. It was an issue I experienced afterwards that is so unforgiveable. Our appointment was 12:00 noon on Thursday, 3.28.24. After we arrived back home, I realized I forgot to ask for an "Office Visit Summary". I called VRC, and they said it wasn't completed yet. I asked if I would have it by the end of the day, and they said I should get it by then. I didn't. I understand people get busy, so I assumed it would be completed the next morning. I waited until 11:00 am and called VRC. The representative said the doctor did not complete it yet.... read full review

the TPLO followup visits were very efficient. I arrived at appt time both times and my dog was immediately taken for xrays and back in 3 minutes with Dr. Franczuski to review the results. Both visits were super fast and time was spent on explanations. Very impressive service and organization, All is going well after 11 weeks and I expect a full recovery of my schnug
