Tony Kovatto responded quickly to our request for a home inspection including wood destroying insect inspection and radon inspection. He was very informative during the inspection process and his report was thorough with explanations and photos. His report also included a feature for the Buyer to identify areas in need of repair to highlight them for negotiation with the Seller.
