We had a good stay here; we enjoyed the food and amenities, but my biggest takeaway came from after our stay. We forgot our child’s stuffed animal and fortunately the staff were able to find it and get it back to us. Once we got the box shipped to us, imagine our surprise when we found photos of all the fun the stuffed animal had and a letter from the staff describing everything the stuffed animal had been up to. Thanks so much for your thoughtfulness and kindness! Our child really enjoyed looking at the photos and story (and getting the stuffed animal back). Definitely made our day!

I have been at this resort more than 5 times. I was at the resort August check out on the 14th. I had found a cellphone in the ladies' room & and returned to the front desk. When going to my vehicle, I realized I lost my wallet,with all my cash,cards& ID,Now I was overwhelmed looking for this wallet . I went to the outdoor Swimming Pool an i was asking if anyone found a wallet. A few minutes later, two of the people at the resort said a staff member found my wallet and took it to the front desk.
