This was the first time any of our dogs had been to a kennel. The placed looked very well kept and clean. All 3 did great! They were very well cared for. The 2 that were groomed looked good at pick up. I would use them again in the future!
1st time I've ever used a kennel. I was very pleased at how the kennel looked. It was clean, and staff was friendly. Our dog stayed 3 days. Was happy to see me. Her toy we packed wasn't in her backpack but it was old. She seemed fine just happy to see us. I would have liked a tour of the facility prior to our appointment. Overall I'd recommend a stay.
The wife and I wanted to actually go away on vacation this year so we needed a happy place for our pups.. Luxemburg seemed to be a good fit.. the Staff was always quick to respond to any questions I've sent via e-mail and sent me the answers I needed.. they offer different packages for you fur baby's stay.. which is pretty nice.. also grooming services. Even if you just need a day away they can help. I'm sure we'll be bringing our dogs back to this facility next time we need to be away from home for an extended amount of time..?.. after picking them up i believe everyone was happy to be home.
