Could not be happier with the pavilion Crickside erected on our patio. Excellent craftmanship, love the mortise and tendon construction with wooden pegs. Crew showed up on time and had the 14x13 structure completed and were gone in four hours. They took the time to look it over and touch up any areas where the stain got marked or scratched during construction and thoroughly cleaned the area of any debris. Greatly enjoyed watching the efficiency and teamwork of the crew, and they were very pleasant to communicate with. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Was a first time client so wasn't sure how soon we'd be able to get an appointment with Christmas. They were able to get us in the following Saturday. Dr McMillen was very thorough and was great about explaining things. They treated our baby (Rosie) like she was one of their own. Picture isnt in the office.
