I am so happy that I found this studio. The "Perfect Workout" is the Super Slow High Intensity strength training method. The results are amazing - building muscle, reducing body fat percentage and building bone strength - and you only have to commit to one or two 20 minute sessions a week. The sessions are private and the personal trainers are all fabulous and essential to success. After 6 months of training I have visible results, and my body fat is down 5%.
