I have been working out with Adrian Sullivan for a year and a half. The Perfect Workout program has changed my health! My osteoporosis has reduced to osteopenia in my hips and I know longer have osteopenia in my spine! Amazing!
I have now completed my first year with The Perfect Workout! My trainer Adrian is a true professional and guides me through my 20 minute time with care and push to succeed. I feel much stronger in body and mind to be my best possible self. First workout routine I actually look forward too in a long time. And what a nice person!
I am so happy that I found this studio. The "Perfect Workout" is the Super Slow High Intensity strength training method. The results are amazing - building muscle, reducing body fat percentage and building bone strength - and you only have to commit to one or two 20 minute sessions a week. The sessions are private and the personal trainers are all fabulous and essential to success. After 6 months of training I have visible results, and my body fat is down 5%. I believe that everyone who tries this will have success like they've never had before - and at any age.
