The staff are super rude and unfriendly both in person and via phone. This raised some doubts and concerns for me. However I was impressed with the dry cleaning and the cost was cheaper than I expected. Would come back.

I've dropped things off in Lower Burrell several times, and everything came out exactly the way it should with alterations. Once I was not called when something was finished, but everything was done to my specifications.
