“after our heating and cooling system was installed by a different company, it didn't function well. That company came out 4 times after and made no changes or suggestions. They claimed it wasn't big enough for the house even though we were convinced by them that it would be fine. We finally broke down and contacted this company instead before the big storm and Maggie came out and after looking at it she said that she thought it was very odd how they had installed it. Then she made a couple of adjustments to it. It's like night and day now. Thank you Maggie for your speedy response.”
