Excellent service was provided! Our car broke down and they helped us right away and took us exactly where we needed to go. Very friendly and helpful. If you ever have car trouble, I highly recommend calling Valley Collision & Repair.
Blew a radiator hose in the Pennsylvania Mountains at about midnight and we limped to a closed gas station with minimal lighting. AAA was backed up by calls. 911 connected us to the Pennsylvania state police who had Rod call us. He woke up his son Shannon who came and towed us to LMR Tire, in Mill Hall. Great service and so polite. Rod called us an hour later to make sure we were okay. Highly recommend.
We Dealt with a guy from Valley tonight our car wouldn't start and we tried jumping it and had friends even try to help us and almost went out and bought a $180 starter but we had to have it towed first and went through AAA. The guy showed up within 45 minutes we were originally told an hour or so from a AAA rep and got a text at 6:54 pm saying estimated time of arrival was 730 pm. He showed up at about 710-715. Got in and tried to start it and said "your starter is fine it's just your battery" I insisted we already tried jumping it and failed but he still hooked his battery pack up and low and behold it started!!!
