Excellent service and fantastic results. The attic inspection and cleaning uncovered several problem areas that needed attention. The team recommended spray foam insulation to improve energy efficiency and indoor comfort. Since the installation, my heating and cooling systems have been performing much better, and the house stays comfortable even during extreme weather. The crew was punctual, courteous, and efficient. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart from other companies.
I had T&K Attic-Solution come out and diagnose what I thought was a squirrel problem, that turned into a Racoon Problem.
top notch also inspected a previous total Wildlife Exclusion and pointed out issues that may have been missed or developed since then that need to be fixed.
