The body shop class is great. Tonight's workout was the hardest yet, for me. There is no pressure to be superman at this place, and everyone is super friendly. I really like it there
Full Body Health and Fitness Center is fantastic. The staff and owners are so knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about everything fitness. The facility is always clean and in tip top shape. Their programs are built to fit any fitness level. Joining has been a game changer for me. I have never been able to stick to a program for more than a few months. I am almost a year into doing their Body Shop classes, and I love each and every one.
Best local fitness center! The staff are knowledgeable, everyone is super friendly and it is the cleanest gym I have ever been in! There is an array of services offered so there is something for everyone. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!
