First off, I am writing my review on behalf of my family and our situation.2 stars because the taxes were filed and we were not completely disregarded. The demeanor of the staff was pleasant too. But...The communication is absolutely horrendous and it's hard for them to call people back aparently.No face to face counseling due to the scare of covid, I get the whole covid excuse but masks & vaccinations work right? So that's a big minus when actual interaction cannot be had on important issues.Our taxes were delivered and complete before the due date, however ... they waited days after the due date to have us come pick up our taxes.
