I just bought a house recently, and as a new young home owner, we are learning as we go.

The dreaded red light came on in our garage regarding the grinder sewage pump and I had no idea why it was so. We tried resetting it to no avail. A neighbor suggested calling Erb and Sons, so we did.

They came within 30 mins to our home in Rothsville! I thought to myself, man this is going to be thousands of dollars and I just paid for my first mortgage!

Just a note regarding the amazing service Ray Erb, Jonathan and others who helped get our grinder system back up and running. My wife noticed a red blinking light on our grinder box. Long story short the Erb team cared for us over the weekend and then proceeded to fix a broken pipe in our grinder tank. This involved a mini track hoe and on a rainy day they got us up and running. What a team! Great work !

I needed an outlet baffle repaired, estimate was $1425. When I got the bill they gave me a discount of $600 due to confined space entry not being needed. I wouldn’t have ever known the difference, it’s a testament to their honesty and integrity.
