Very happy with the customer service and performance of the staff and setup team. I rent a tent for NYE, so not the most ideal time to set up/tear down. The crew is on time, courteous, and professional. My venue provides some challenges encapsulating the deck, but they pull it off. Happy to recommend their services to others in the Lancaster area. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts was because they did ding up a couple small areas around a bay window when setting up, but I will at least partially blame the incredible winds the staff was fighting against during set up.

Tents for rent delivered and set up a 40x20 tent with heaters, tables and chairs on a very short notice. The service was delivered with a smile. Very professional,fast and cost efficient. I will definitely call them again if I find I am in need of a tent.

Great experience with this company for 3 years running. Customer service and pricing are both the best in the soutcentral PA area. Friendly, personal and willing to meet our requests for contract extensions. Thank you for your hard work and great service.
