Edit: I've been going here for years, but today was my first time using the window instead of the auto-pay lane. I expressed concerns about the sap on my car, and the staff were so nice! Definitely a great value, great service, and great people!
The car wash in NC near my 2nd home puts this car wash to shame! They hose the front of the car on way into automatic wash to loosen bugs & dirt! The dryer is more powerful with little additional drying needed! They have employees in the vac area to assist & dry any remaining wetness. They offer free Glass cleanering sprayers, free spray bottles interior cleaning solution & a 3rd spray bottle at every vac center area~ along with clean shammy clothes & bin to return dirty ones!
I’d give this place 5 starts if they fixed their lanes. They have two lanes for credit card and one for unlimited club. It’s backwards. Members should have two lanes. Those who pay by credit card might become members if they can wait in a shorter lane.
Tommy’s does it this way and it seems to work great for them.
