The guys gave us a phone call to let us know that they were on their way,just as they promised days before. They were there on time. They were very friendly and careful about the corners of the walls and their cleanup afterward, making sure there was no water left on the vinyl floors. We were very glad that we chose this company to do our carpet cleaning.
We had the carpets in two large rooms steam cleaned. The results were good. I did not expect all of the stains to be completely eliminated as one carpet is a very light color, but they are as clean as possible. The cleaners were polite, efficient, informative and very pleasant. The company was very easy to contact and reliable.
I contacted Nightline Flooring after a basement water heater mishap, and they were absolutely fantastic at every step of the process. Don, Bonnie and the Jordans were so prompt, courteous and efficient, and Jordan and Jordan did a fantastic job with the repair! They replaced padding, re-stretched the carpet, and installed new baseboards. I’ll be recommending Nightline to anyone who needs flooring work in the future. Thank you all!!
