Nightline Flooring Solutions is a family-owned and operated business that focuses on their customers' flooring and restoration needs. They provide a variety of services, including carpet and upholstery cleaning, hard surfaces cleaning, flooring installation and repair, deodorization and disinfectant, water and growth restoration and mitigation, and emergency response services.
Recent customer reviews highlight the professionalism and knowledge of the crew, with one customer noting how pleased they were with the outstanding job done at Tiger's Eye. Another customer praised Zach for his amazing and diligent work, transforming damaged carpets from a plumbing issue back to looking as good as new. The ease of scheduling services was also appreciated, as Rhonda found it convenient to have her rugs cleaned while she was on vacation, returning to a home that smelled clean without harsh chemicals.
While Nightline has received many positive reviews for their affordability, efficiency, and hard work, one customer did mention a concern about the carpet taking over 24 hours to dry after cleaning, noting the potential for mold growth. Overall, Nightline Flooring Solutions continues to offer a wide range of services, making them a recommended choice for flooring and restoration needs.
The guys gave us a phone call to let us know that they were on their way, just as they promised days before. They were there on time. They were very friendly and careful about the corners of the walls and their cleanup afterward, making sure there was no water left on the vinyl floors. We were very glad that we chose this company to do our carpet cleaning.
We had the carpets in two large rooms steam cleaned. The results were good. I did not expect all of the stains to be completely eliminated as one carpet is a very light color, but they are as clean as possible. The cleaners were polite, efficient, informative and very pleasant. The company was very easy to contact and reliable.
I contacted Nightline Flooring after a basement water heater mishap, and they were absolutely fantastic at every step of the process. Don, Bonnie and the Jordans were so prompt, courteous and efficient, and Jordan and Jordan did a fantastic job with the repair! They replaced padding, re-stretched the carpet, and installed new baseboards. I’ll be recommending Nightline to anyone who needs flooring work in the future. Thank you all!!
