Excellent company - service and communication! I had an extreme situation with multiple pet stains on new carpet. I didn't need my whole carpet cleaned and "pet stains treated," I needed intense cleaning on over 20 pet stains. Don and Jordan came out to look at the situation and told me about a machine they have that totally flushes and cleans each pet stain. They worked for over 4 hours on each individual stain and did an amazing job! The stains are gone (even when looking with my black flashlight at night) and the smells are completely gone.
