I had a tooth extracted with full anesthesia. There was no pain during and no pain after, not even the amount of pain I was expecting. They must have done an incredible job on the extraction to make it happen with no pain or discomfort.
On top of all of that they were very friendly, put me at ease (I was anxious when I arrived) and overall just were an excellent office to work with.

I was so impressed with Pennwood Oral Surgery!
I was in terrible pain with a tooth that had a failed root canal and had infection. I was able to get an appointment the very next day and have my tooth extracted two days after that.
Dr Vakkas and his team were the very best!!
The procedure was painless after the tooth was numb and I have gotten immediate relief after several sleepless nights.
I have seen other oral surgeons in the area in the past, but never had excellent care like I had at this practice.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs oral surgery and would go back there in a heartbeat if I needed them.
They absolutely are the best in the Lancaster vicinity!!
