The schedulers and the scheduling system are utterly useless, you are better off making the appointments yourself online. Trying to reach someone on the phone is frustrating, and then when you finally reach someone they prove to be so inefficient it adds to the frustration. I'm not sure if it's laziness combined with a lack of care and concern.... Or did the people working there forget what it's like being a patient. This office did not have an actual doctor for a month or more, and I didn't feel comfortable or confident with the Physician Assistants there. Cares little to none for existing or new patients.

Attempted to scare me into surgery. Ruined any trust I had for the medical industry for years and to this day I have panic symptoms whenever I come across this establishment or the doctors who "handled" me.

Never can get in contact with anyone, always in hold. Not the same as it was years ago. Once it was bought out, you’re just a number not a patient/human being anymore. Same broken healthcare system.
