Kaitlyn is a treasure, and I am grateful to be her client. She is welcoming, warm, and truly understands how to connect and relate to others. She shows compassion and is always flexible with scheduling when 'life happens'. Not to mention that she is a master at her craft. My nails receive compliments regularly and have not chipped once in the years I have been a patron. Back Room Nail Bar is second to none!
