Pedro Carabello was the tech that came to my home today. Had a WiFi thermostat installed. He was very patient & assisted me in connecting it. As usual with R&M very professional.

HVAC in our old house is a puzzle that takes team work and experience to solve. Over the years J&J has taken the time to learn the workings and sends the techs who can figure out the problems. Between that and them being honest and fair, I've found my contractor.

We ultimately decided that I didn't need anything from them- and I was so impressed with their honesty and integrity in giving me great advice for free. Will definitely call them if I have issues in the future!
