While we ultimately didn't proceed due to conflicting circumstances, I must commend their professionalism, transparent communication, and competitive pricing. From the initial consultation to addressing our needs, they exhibited punctuality, courtesy, and a strong grasp of their craft. Modern edge did a great job with our chimney repoint project. Great communication and completed the job on schedule per the expectations set. Good quality work. Cost was reasonable.It seems good and honest contractors are hard to come across these days. Will be using Modern Edge again for our future masonry projects.
