Everyone at Cascade was responsive, professional, and kind. It was our first year closing the pool and there were a few pieces that we needed to close we were missing (our fault). They started the process that day and came out again the following day, brought us the missing pieces rather than having us try to track them down and finished the job. A lot of companies seem to have reliability issues these days, but not Cascade.

Pool companies can be a little sketchy for some reason, but not this one. Cascade Pool Service is friendly, professional, and GOOD at what they do. Their people are knowledgeable and polite. They came when they said they would and did a thorough job. I am super enthusiastic about this company and highly recommend them.
