i would recommend Brandywine Septic as their service is fabulous. i had to get my 40-year old septic system totally replaced to sell my house. John was amazing to work with and he understood my timeline and was extremely accommodating. The implementation team was thorough, friendly, and worked even on a Saturday to get the job started timely.
Great service, Brandywine Septic is really looking after my best interests.The backstory is that yesterday my septic alarm came on right as power was restored. I went to the basement reset the alarm box and the alarm kept ringing. So I called the emergency line. The tech asked a few questions and then explained that I should wait at least 20 more minutes because it might go off and then that would save me a emergency service fee. Thanks Brandywine Septic!
Brandywine installed our system shortly after we moved in 7 years ago. The access to our home in the woods is a bit tricky with heavy equipment and they managed to overcome all challenges and installed an Infiltrator system for a very reasonable price. We have just had it pumped out the 2nd time and it has come out very clean both times. They even have a smaller truck to get into hard-to-reach locations!
