We had a 2nd floor bathroom flood on Christmas morning. Leaked all the way down to the basement. When I called, TRC offered to send people out on Christmas Day to handle the damage. I declined that offer and had them come out on the following day. They took care of everything and kept me in the loop the entire time. Totally professional and clean. They helped make the best of a horrible situation. I would recommend this company to anyone.
If you are looking for prompt and professional restoration service , do not waste your time looking anywhere else but Total Restoration Contracting. I recently had some water damage in my basement, put a call in to them and not only was able to talk with a human being , remember that Year’s ago when that was the norm. Anyway within one hour the owner himself showed up, gave a thorough inspection and had his office put us on an immediate schedule being they found the start of mold growing. If there were such thing as ten stars they would have received them from us.
