I have been coming here for over 15 years! Everyone here is polite, kind and the service is outstanding!! They never disappoint. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Pretty Nails to anyone!! EXCELLENT service!
I have been a client since October 2008. I usually see Jenny as my nail tech, and her husband Mike does my pedicures. Jenny is thorough, careful, and doesn’t drill deep into my nails. She works quickly and focuses on whatever artwork I ask for, then executes it, warranting a standing ovation! I love this nail salon because it is extremely clean, and I’m immunocompromised so getting an infection could kill me. I have been coming here off and on since I was a kid and honestly I have never once had a bad experience. The employees are direct and to the point but always polite, receptive, and kind to their customers. They are very clearly very good at what they do and I always feel as if I am in good hands; they are also never too rough or abrasive when cleaning up nail beds and cuticles, massaging, or anything else that I /have/ had to endure at other nail salons. I will definitely be back!!
