“I’ve been going to Enlighten Psychiatric Services for I believe 10 years now. I see Rachel Heisler, PA-C and Ashle Garman, LCSW. They are both AMAZING and professional! The staff up front are also professional, kind, and always so quick to respond. Micky, she’s one of the aids/technicians I’m not quite sure of her exact professional title(sorry, Micky!) shes very kind, funny, professional and always makes your visit enjoyable and is very helpful as she takes your vitals and weight and goes over your current medications and allergies at each visit. She is also quick to respond with any medication questions you may have for any of the providers in the office, if you were to call in. Everyone at this office is very kind and enjoyable to work with and is a pleasure each time to walk in. Then scheduling is always very easy as well, they do not try and book too far out and are always very smart and care about their patients when it comes to scheduling. I always look forward to my visits with Rachel and Ashle!! These two have saved my life and given me a new outlook on life that I want to keep living. I never wanted to do that before, so thank you for giving that to me! It takes an entire team to do so, so thank you to everyone at that office that helps these two!! I would also like to take a moment to say thank you to the front desk staff, Sally and Cherrie who have been nothing but amazing and always know how to make you laugh!!!! They are the most honest- hardworking people who actually care about their patients and try their very best to get messages to providers, help with any scheduling questions and try to actually fit your schedule and come up with a plan so you can see your providers at your convenience. They have all become my family in the last decade I’ve been seeing them. Amazing people!!“
