Our service tech is friendly and very thorough. He takes time to say hello and gives a brief description of his work. He also answers various questions depicting his knowledge base.
They are always very detailed with their inspections and take care of any issues I have with bees. The only reason I do not give this five stars is due to the companies decision to restructure their districts without notice to existing customers that they would be losing their normal inspector.
