“Edit Feb 8th: The stump is gone! All that is left is a fluffy pile of dirt and some wood chips. Highly recommend Travis!!Edit Feb 3rd: Travis and I talked and he has not forgotten me. He said a worker had been out and looked at the stump again, but I wasn't aware of that. I probably should have reached out to him one more time before leaving the review below. Communication is key. Travis said they will be back out as soon as conditions are good. He is a fair dude.We had a tree removed and a couple trimmed last year in mid November. I had asked that the stump be ground on the one that was removed. It was ground but is still about 3" higher than the surrounding soil. So I dug it out and was going to chop it out, but it's pretty big. I called to have it looked at again and was told they'd be out to look in a few days. Ok, no biggie. It's not like it's going anywhere. Quite a few days go by, and nothing happened, and no contact. I called or texted again, and I think I was told there was an issue with the grinder. Some more time passed and I call on Jan 2nd and am told to text my address again, so I did. Today is February 2nd, and I feel like nothing else is going to happen. I'm disappointed because most of the interactions I had were good, and the work that was done was reasonably priced. But I've tried 3 times to have them come back out and i cant get anywhere.
