Was sent there by the VA on my appeal on hearing loss,the staff was exceptional from the time I entered until I left.Front desk to tester were friendly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.

We've been so blessed by Dr. Kelly and SVHP. They feel like friends, not just staff at a business. Their hearing aids have made it possible for our young son with moderate hearing loss to live a normal life.

Took my father-in-law in for new hearing aids. I was told new hearing aids would not help by his previous audiologist, his hearing was too damaged.So glad we tried again, his hearing was GREATLY improved, he can hear on the phone, he can hear the tv, he doesn't feel left out when there is conversation going on in his presence. The Oticon hearing aids have greatly improved his life. At 91 without conversation, life goes downhill fast.AND, the interaction between the Doctor's and my crotchety father-in-law was beyond expectations. He suffers from dementia and was pretty rude for his delivery appointment, they were so kind and considerate in the face of hisnegativity....read full review
