CareCPA consistently missed expectations at tax time. I left CareCPA after 1 tax season, to receive a notice 3 years later from the IRS that *THEY NEVER FILED MY TAXES* because the person assigned to my file left the company. I've tried for 4 months to get a resolution, but Chris & team will not respond to my inquiries.
Also interesting that one of their 5 star reviews is from an employee.... Conflict of interest?
Chris and the team at Care CPA are incredible. I needed an accounting firm to review a decade of business Taxes and prepare some documents asap. All of the other Accounting firms I reached out to could not meet my upcoming deadline. They did it quickly and professionally. I will be using them for all of my business accounting needs.
