I really appreciate Johnean she really gave me hope that my issues will be resolved after a few more treatments. It's not often you come across a tech who knows more than you expect them to know , but everything I asked for she had the answers. Trust me when I say you can't go wrong
The only reason I gave an 8 is we were told that if anything is caught in the trap to call the office and they will send a technician out to remove the dead creatures. That isn't what is taking place and the office gave us a week away for removal.
