Great company! Stacey is always amazing! When I call that office, her voice was always a calming beacon. She explained things to me and gave me a lot of pointers for the future as well. Mark and Jonathan came to fix our shower and toilet and they were polite, professional and know what they're doing. Thank you team!
Just wanted to send a note as the crew just left. Your guys were courteous, professional and polite. They kept us informed throughout and were conscientious about leaving everything inside clean. The whole job took less than two days from beginning to inspection including an additional system check to be sure everything was working as anticipated. I’m convinced we made the right choice with Solution Based for the work.
Absolutely amazing folks. Had a pipe freeze then burst. Josh came out that night to look at the situation and Stacy was able to get me an appointment the next day. The guys who came out were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and nice. This was our first time needing to call a plumber, and I'm glad we went with them. Highly recommend.
