I had a backup in my 2nd floor shower. Your service rep was extremely nice and tried to unplug the drain with a powerful drain cleaner. That didn't work so he brought in a machine and unclogged it. Even though that shower does not get used very often I was really pleased that you were able to come out just a few hours after calling. I hope I don't need your services soon but I will definitely call you if I have a problem. I am 79 years old and I'm always worried that I would be taking advantage of. I would definitely recommend you because you are fast courteous and very nice people. I thought it would be much more expensive. Thank you so much for taking this problem...read full review
Had them send a technician to drain clean a store. Took them about an hour from the time of call to send a technician to the store fast response time and the technician, John Eibl, was helpful.
